Thank you for reporting the issue about a possible water leak. Your address has been visited on multiple occasions with the source of the water being unclear. It appears there is water coming from a drain line, exiting your property into the gutter. And with all the rain this past week, we were uncertain if it could be ground water or a possible water leak. Today we will be testing the water, coming from the drain pipe for chlorine. This test will indicate if the water is potable or runoff water. If it is chlorinated water, then I would possibly suspect your irrigation system might have a leak. The reason for that opinion, is due to the City water main being located across the street from your property and your water meter service connection being down stream from where the water is presenting itself. I apologize for the delayed response; but with the 5+ inches of rainfall we received, water has been presenting itself everywhere in town.
Thanks
We tested the water for chlorine and it was present. We checked the meter box at 2010 Baylor and it was full of chlorinated water. Our serviceman checked for a leak and determined that there was a leak on the customer's side of the meter. He left a doorhanger informing the customer that they had a leak on their side of the meter and would probably need to call a plumber to make repairs. Thank you for your concern.
