Description
Another, though avoidable, large pothole at the seam in the ramp bridge from the Expressway South. Specifically, it's about halfway between the exit from Route 3 at the split (Exit 19-18) and where the two ramps meet and traffic either heads towards the Burgin Parkway or Washington Street.
