This traffic light forces traffic from Future St wait very long, even when traffic on San Fernando Rd is light. The timing of the signal needs to be adjusted. The timing of the lights at Cypress and Future should be synchronized with the one at San Fernando Rd and Future so traffic coming down the hill doesn't get trapped twice.
