Large frost heave on Church Street heading toward Rt 3. Pavement buckles up about 6" almost full length of travel lane; soon to be monster pothole.

The sunken man hole cover on High St. approaching Church & Cambridge across from the 2 new homes in Pond View and the Ambrose School driveway. Numerous complaints made since last summer, all ignored.
