Traffic light at 305 going west on Curtiss Blvd. way too short. Only allows 5-6 cars through and lots of cars just run light

This has always been an issue and probably cannot be fixed. The problem is that if you make the Curtis green light longer, it will back up traffic on 305 - both directions. There is also the exit ramps from the shoreway to consider.
