Description

We have a coaxial cable line hanging from the power cords obstructing our alley. I've called duke energy (the wire isn't theirs). We have had a technician come out from verizon/Frontier and they said that the wire does not belong to them. Verizon/Frontier is our cable provider. I don't know who else to reach out to regarding this issue. Please have someone come identify the owner of the wire and/or remove it. Thank you
