Description

Route 10 turns into a parking lot because there is a traffic light every 1/4 mile. Each time a tiny store / mall opens a new u-turn traffic light is installed. Route 10 cars get a green light, drive for one minute only to stop at another red light. At least remove light by Pelican mall as drivers can go another few yards to the next u-turn.
