Description
There is a lot of cars speeding through our alley. I have kids and dogs that play I the backyard. I fear for their safety since neighbor has already lost a cat due to someone running it over in the alley. I worry that one of these cars may lose control one day.

I agree with you on the apeeding as well as people seem to be using the alleys like streets lately, i stay about a block from you and along with people racing up and down the alleys i as well see alot more cars. Oming thru that dont even beling to any residents in the nieghborhood, drive 3,4 or more bloxks then turn out onto a street.
The sad thing is that i think this possibly falls under police enforcement and anything that has to do with that the police have to actually be onsite to witness the wrong doing themselves in order to do something, i know this from trying to report wreckless drivers.
Now dont take me the wrong way im not saying dont complain or that your wasting your time cause your not, and a splutiin has to start somewhere.
