Unhealthy conditions at 582 7sst Ave N. They have 3 large dogs and a pig which I understand is not a problem. The real issue is the feces odor. The neighbors cannot sit outside because of the smell. One neighbor called city and someone them there was nothing that can be done about it. This cannot be healthy for the owners as well as neighbors.
