deep hole,drainage is terrible stump and tohickon hiil. I have lived here 10 years and the ditches on at least Tohickon hill have never been cleaned. Horrible puddles and ice. Very dangerous. I have called Penn Dot for years with no responce. Guess there too busy trying to dump millions in the Pike.
