Description

The majority of the street lights on Bingham Drive between Bingham/Cumberland to Bingham/Bailey Lake are out. It is extremely dark, and even high beams only provide a little light. It is also very dangerous as you cannot see pedestrians, and criminals may target the area because of darkness.
