They are repaving Humphrey Street and there is an officer at Whitney- although there is no signage whatsoever only traffic cones- at the other end there is gridlock and chaos as people are attempting to turn onto the street because again- no signage, only cones and not even a construction worker in sight to keep traffic from snarling.
Must be a Fucci project because they don't have to follow the laws or municipal procedure like the smaller companies.
