I've added a photo. With the recent rains this area is starting to flood.

What is the time line to investigate a concern? It's been about 20 days since I've submitted my concern.

Has anyone followed up on this complaint? I drive down this alley DAILY and this hole created when they built the new house is a potential hazard and floods. Cars are forced to meander around this hole and cut it really close by garbage cans and people whom are walking thru. I'm amazed it's been this long and no one has addressed this yet. Even more amazed that someone took the time to communicate it on 311 and is being ignored. Fix it!

Looking at options to be used

Are we still looking into options to be used? More to the point, an estimated timeline would be appreciated.

Decisions decisions...so many choices on how to fix an alley. How did we ever get a man on the moon?

make the homeowners add additional downspouts and turn the existing ones onto their property to absorb the water before a sinkhole develops in the alley!

This issue has been going on since May. When will my question be answered? When it rains there's flooding in that part of the alley. If this us not fixed, one day my garage will be flooded.

Thank you for fixing the hole in the alley. However, what about the downspouts going in the alley? Everyone else on the block downspouts are pushing water in their back yards. Why are these downspouts facing the alley.

My original inquiry was dated back in May 2016 regarding the downspouts on a new garage that are turned toward the alley . Is this by code, that's all i want to know? Why is it taking over 3 months to get an answer?

I don't believe it's the homeowners problem that the alley has poor drainage. This would probably be best handled by S&S. Sounds like the alley needs to be re-grated to direct water flow to a nearby sewer, and a sewer drain and the current flood point, or add a french drain. Al of which require planning and budget.
