The convinience store on 54th St and NE 3rd Ct is full of graffiti. It's actually worst that on the attached photo.

The wall facing 54th St has been covered with a layer of white paint. No sure if the decission of keeping the graffiti on the side wall was intentional.
Some other graffitis on the area (like the one on the Humana office on the NE 2nd Ave and the 54th St) have been covered as well.

It has been somehow resolved. I say "somehow" because I’ll like to see the graffiti on the side wall covered as well. But the general aspect of the neighborhood has been improved.
