Description

The curb strip, on Howard Ave, in front of the new Roberto Clemente School, is a disgusting mess. The ground is carpeted with litter and garbage; it's a disgrace. Either the contractor working on the school, or a school group should get out there and clean it up. There appears to be zero civic pride in this area.
