Last time the manhole cover was opened and closed, the workers didn't plop it properly into the hole. Just about every time a vehicle runs over it, there's a very irritating metalic thud produced. Fix is probably just pick the cover up, turn it a bit, then drop back in the hole to find it's proper seating again. Thank you!
