Description

There is a permit for a debris container but the signs for it are blocking off an additional 3 parking spots which the contractor uses for parking. And now, there is also a port-a-potty. Does the permit really allow for contractor vehicles to have parking spots too? (The vehicles have gotten the DC 2 week permit so they have gotten around that issue.)
If this is permissable, how much does this permit cost?
