Description

I know that you are supposed to wait 8 minutes before you cross there, but when I have been on foot trying to cross Five Points Road from the Wawa to the Starbucks (or vice versa) along West Chester Pike in East Goshen, I haven't been able to do so. I have waited at least 10 minutes on several occasions and the light is supposed to change every 8 minutes. It is a very dangerous area, and I can't drive so that's not an option.
