This is a zoning issue, there are a number of auto mechanic shops on Central, they are not aesthetically pleasing, but I wouldn't be fair to make them move. An alternative solution would be the owner agreeing to put a nice fence around the facility or an incentive by the City to move the location. The more important issue, I think, it proper environmental regulation of all the mechanic shops to ensure we don't have a brown-field.
