Description
It is only mild weather and the beginning of May, but for about a week now the dirt bike terrorists are back, zooming west on Chapel or south down college, doing pop wheelies in the intersection that is College & Chapel and speeding off. They do this at all hours, including late nights and rush hour. They loop up Whalley and return. The police spent the entire weekend ticketing "distracted drivers" and the Mayor's office has been inundated with calls, but if this past weekend is a harbinger of things to come, it is worse than ever. Moreover, Yale has reunion and graduation weekends. Are they also to be marred by such hoodlums. That NHPD is impotent in the face of fourteen year old boys tells you something .
