It consists of Brookfield Auto Wreckers, Bridge Auto Parts, and assorted auto repair shops. The flooding spreads oils and other debris and requires street closings. The partial or complete power failures seem to be limited to this area and do not affect nearby businesses. It is apparent that this area has been neglected.
