Description

There is trash in front of several houses on Atwater between Lombard and Peck. Originally i thought maybe somebody scheduled bulk pickup, but its all still out there. The mattresses have been out there for days, the rest of it has been out there for weeks. There's also a tv in peck alley that was dumped a couple if weeks ago.
