And they are not 12 inches, either, even the small bits that are a bit higher. I agree, a bit early in the season, isn't it? Perhaps someone is complaining who just cannot stand a weed or dandelion?
Hi Bill. I'm the owner of 1409 Linwood. Thank you for your concern. Me and my 2 kids worked hard on our yard this week: planted flowers, weeded, planted window boxes, installed a lovely Grecian rain garden, and took care of some poison ivy. We will be mowing this week, also. It is not 12", but certainly the rain does hurry things along. Thank you for bringing this to our attention! We love our neighbors and always appreciate a gentle reminder to stay on top of things!
Lilly, I have walked by your home for many years and love the sign of children playing. (Chalk drawings on the sidewalk and the fairy toys.)This morning on my way out, I saw your grass, and it looks fine. As I said, rather a lawn like yours than a chemical putting green. The grass will always be there, your kids will grow and leave! Enjoy your kids and I'm sure at some point the grass will be cut. This is such a great neighborhood, maybe we can be kinder to each other and not call the city, but if so important, drop a little note.
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. City staff investigated and resolved the problem. Should you have any questions or concerns about the work performed, please leave a comment.
