Graffiti in place for more than 5 months. No return calls from Ken Hindmon at Bellam Post Office.

Note picture. What has happened here is that the etched glass graffiti is still there, but they have moved down the Available sign to cover it up. Does this count as removal? The graffiti is still there, but only observable from the inside lobby.

This graffiti can still be observed from inside the lobby. They have covered up the graffiti by placing a large outside sign: "Rent a PO Box". Since the graffiti can still be observed, I don't believe this counts as removal. Observed 5/5/10. Originally reported about 2 months ago.
