Description

4 Tires have been left in the front of the house by the curb for over a month. Will someone please advise this property owner that the city will not pick up tires and that he must dispose of them properly himself. They can not be just left by the curb forever. They are a health and mosquito hazard and damage the look of the neighborhood.
