It's been over 6 months and still this eyesore hasn't been completed. How long does it take to build a simple bathroom? The city sad this would be the easiest place to build this eyesore yet it's taken over 6 months. I have seen the this project sit idle for weeks at a time with nothing being done. The weather hasn't been to much if an issue hopefully they will finish by the end of the year.
