Description

The new traffic light that was recently installed at the intersection of West Broad and Cabela Drive is changing from green to red randomly. The light on Broad will suddenly change from green to red even when there are no cars at the light to leave Cabelas. The light stays green for Cabelas for a long time and is now starting to back up traffic on Broad Street. Once the light turns back to green on Broad it will only let about 5 cars through and then turn red again. This is causing major issues in the afternoon.
