It's this guy "Resta" from Oakland. He tags up the whole bay area. Probably like 99.9% of all tagging is him. Well known in Oakland because you see his tags everywhere. I was an apartment manager in Oakland and I thought he lived in a big white tagged up mail truck usually parked on 47th and foothill.
