What city agency is looking at this? There are multiple SCF issues open at different but neighboring addresses. I think there may be a water main leak back there, as it is getting worse and worse even without rain (I can only imagine what last night's storm added to it). Water is now not only pooled but running down the alley and to the street at the Essex end of the block.

This is getting worse, there is water on the street from it running out of the alley to Essex. The main water hole is getting bigger, there has to be a water main leak causing the water issues.
