Description

There are 3 segments of Pkwy fence that are falling. It started with 1, which has now pulled another down and about 10 segments away, there is another now coming down. Shouldn't be long before more segments fall. Given that the fence straddles both private AND public property (LMD) can the LMD take responsibility to repair (not asking for replacement) before the problem worsens?
