Well i guess this is another issue that will never be resolved. The amount of noise that is generated by this facility is unacceptable. Backup beeper all day, the coming and going of large commercial vehicles (one of which honks repeatedly every single morning at 8:45m. The workers talk loudly on their cell phones outside of the building, and often cars arrive between 12am and 2am to pick up employees with their stereos blasting/horns blaring. And don't even get me started on the medical waste out front on the street right now...

10minutes of beeping at 11:15pm tonight.
they drove their van around the block WITHOUT HEADLIGHTS and in the process blocked an ambulance that was headed down the street.

This is still not resolved. This vehicle was operating after 12AM several times in the past week. Is it legal to operate such a vehicle in a non-commercial setting?

Update on this issue.

I was indeed contacted by air management and certainly do appreciate their assistance in this matter. It turns out that noone but the police have any authority over a 'non-commercial' vehicle. Despite the heads of TAIG making over 150,000$ each per year, their property on our residential street isn't technically commmercial. The van that they drive at 2am without passengers or headlights has a beeper for 'safety reasons'.

This is STILL a MAJOR ISSUE on our quiet block. If the city doesn't step up and deal with ITS OWN PET PROJECT i'm afraid that this is going to get UGLY. We can not open our windows because of the ear-shattering noise. When they park on my side of the street the van is less than 10feet from my bedroom window. 100DB after 12AM. Will the city pay my air conditioning bill?

3:40 am this morning i was awoken by this van. there were no residents in the vehicle, just an employee taking the bus for a spin .

Please call 215-685-7580 to file a complaint and have an inspector dispatched to investigate your noise concern.

Problem still ongoing. Recently the van has been beeping well after 12am and well before 9am. Its fairly common to have the van beeping for 5-10 minutes at a time on sunday mornings. Will the noise quality unit please enforce the law?

ps: AMS was already contacted, i was informed that the problem was out of its jurisdiction .

Can we get an update from the city on this issue?

The beeping is absolutely out of control. All day and night.
