The bicycle lane on the east side of watt avenue allows vehicles, who don't want to wait in the meme to make a right onto watt, to drive down the bike lane as if it's a second turn lane and cut off everyone. It allows cars to cut in front of other cars and I have witnessed several near misses because of this. I am hoping you would be able to put the tall, thin comes along the far right side of the bike lane to prevent anyone from crossing and entering the lane. Since there is only one turn lane the morning traffic to turn is backed up down Folsom Blvd and people are too impatient to wait their turn.
