At the corner of Rhode Island Ave and 10th st NE, the city should build a bus shelter or putting a couple benches there as there are always a lot of people waiting for this bus stop especially for the handicapped people. I always see people seat on the Homdepot 's shopping card or on the steps of my deck of the house next to it which is illegal. Please help that corner look nice and clean without full of Homedepot cards at the bus station. Thanks, Tom
