Since Payne Landscaping was out today 5/17/2016 and cut the fields they left the grass cuttings in the street so they can flood them again. The whole area of Jefferson Chalmers needs to have the streets cleaned. The job they did is horrible. You should have them come out with a street cleaner and clean the area free of charge. I will be calling the city about this and filling a complaint. How would you like it if they did that on your street by your house. Maybe the Citizens should get together and bring the mess down to City County Building and dump it off there so you can waste more money to get it cleaned up.
