For some strange reason it seems like this area is being used as a dumping ground. Trash is always along this roadway. Trees and limbs that has fallen has not being removed. Grass needs to be cut again.

The majority of Grand Road is not in Huntsville city limits. I think the only part that is are where the two houses are at the corner of Windsor Lane and Grand Road. Requesting to close this issue since it is more than 2 years old.

Property on Grand is annex to Huntsville City. They are responsible for keeping grass cut and tree trim from roadway.

Grass need cutting as we speak.

The only property on Grand Road that shows up as being in Huntsville city limits on the map are the two houses at the corner of Grand Road and Windsor Lane, the rest shows up as being in unincorporated Limestone County and that is why no city department has replied to this report in over 2 years. There are numerous subdivisions off of Old Railroad Bed Road that have been annexed into the City of Huntsville but that does not mean the entire area around them has been. Part of Church Hill Park where the main entrances are off Dupree Worthey Road is also in the county only. You should be able to see the red city limits lines on the map when you are submitting an issue.
