I hope I am reporting in the right place because this needs to be fixed immediately the light is giving a good light for the cars turning left at the same time as the signal for the pedestrians and someone is going to get hit I know the school already provides cross walk but I don't think this is enough as some cars don't even wait or pay attention and you have a good light
