Description

For cars exiting I-85 northbound and heading east on Chamblee-Tucker there is a crosswalk (in which they must yield to pedestrians) but there is also a sign stating "Keep Moving." So the pedestrian expects the car to yield because they're in a crosswalk, but the Keep Moving sign encourages them not to stop.
