  It is unacceptable that this problem should still be unresolved after nearly a month. It is an enormous problem causing ripple effects for commuters who are forced to either find (equally congested) alternative routes or be upwards of an hour late for work every morning. I've been told that the city of Quincy and the Commonwealth are squabbling over whose responsibility it is to fix the problem. All parties should be ashamed of this disgraceful situation and should be working together to resolve it on behalf of the taxpayers who are being unfairly penalized for the literal and figurative gridlock. Shame on the city and the Commonwealth!

  So I just spoke with the traffic engineer and she said she is "hoping" it will get fixed "sometime in the next week". This is really ridiculous. Quincy is a joke.

  It's been at least a month that its been like this and that the best we get "hoping" it will get fixed? Yeah that's what we all are doing hoping, oh and sitting in traffic trying to get into Quincy. What a mess!!!

  Unfortunately it is out of our hands at the moment. We are waiting for a date from the contractor as to when they can come and repair the signals. Thank you for your patience.
