Q. What is your area of concern?

Q. Why is this a concern?
A. Light is way too short on green and way too long on red. Only 3-4 cars can go through the intersection in about 15 seconds before it turns red again for another 2-3 minutes! This is really aggravating and it's been this way since the light rail came through last year. Argh!!!!!!!
