Work Order Completed in Infor by 155242 on 2016-06-06T15:26:35.000-05:00 with comments - OBSERVATIONS: A field investigation was conducted on 5/26/2016 at 10:10AM relating to Bus Zone for 600 W. Gran. The investigation found 600 W. Gray an (E&W) bound undivided 4-lane street with 2-way traffic in an entertainment, bar & restaurant area. Metro Bus Stops were found on the (N&S) sides of W. Gray with the (EB) stop on the (SWC) of W. Gray and Stanford and the (WB) stop located 103-ft east of Stanford. A (NP-TAZ) 4-6PM (M-F) was found on the N/side of W. Gray that makes it convenient for the bus to stop at the curb during the restricted (NP) hours but in the unrestricted times during lunch and dinner hours after 6PM due to on-street parking the bus cannot pull up to the curb for handicapped or wheelchair passengers the subject to citizens concern for this investigation, and a standard 40-ft (NP) Bus Zone is recommended for this location in order to improve vehicle and citizen?s mobility. RECOMMENDATIONS: A (WO) for the sign shop has been written to install a (NPAT) Zone on the n/side of 600 W. Gray beginning 103-ft EPVL 1500 Stanford extending east 40-ft.
