Description

There is a huge pond in the alley between Clinton and Monticello. It has not drained all month. It smells bad and is a breeding place for mosquitos. Could we get a load of gravel?

Since the City Public Health Department is conducting a big campaign to get residents to empty out birdbaths because of the Zika Virus threat maybe they can help with all of the allys in the City that are full of standing water because of lack of maintenance.
