Sharraxaadda

There are 2 multi-unit buildings being constructed on 3rd St NE, but the southernmost taller one seems to be contributing the most sediment from both front and back. There is a muddy river going down the alley every time it rains. Also, workers park in other spots in the alley and have dug into the mud, creating ruts that also are eroding. There may be additional eroding spots of hillside further uphill not related to the worst construction site.
