In the last several months, we have requested that you grade our alley. Recently the alley was only graded( about 15-20 feet) from Stonewall Place toward Holmes Avenue. This action was unexceptable. Due to improper grading when it rains, water runs into my yard and stands. I would appreciate your investigating this matter as the alley needs to be graded from totally from Stonewall Place to Holmes Avenue. It is a shame that a Alley such as ours can not be paved. Several years ago, this alley was to be paved and all owners had agreed to pay fee to have this done. If you can not pave this alley at least keep it properly graded.
