The barriers to protect pedestrians is never in place and when the barriers are used it used to protect construction equipment, freshly poured cement etc. the construction crew acts as if the pedestrians are in their way and have no safety measures in place when the large equipment trucks are on 200 Vine street. I have complained before and these people go right back to using the barriers for their own purposes and not the pedestrians. The cars zoom threw here, someone is going to get hit by a car and hurt.
