The State says that there is a sales contract for theproperty (?), but that it may take a long time to sell. In the meantime, the City LCI should enforce blight laws, before someone gets hurt.

The City should take action on this blighted property ASAP. Nothing has been done by the State. I believe the State's plan is sell to a private operator, who will then uses State bond money to fix it up and make a profit.

Yes it has and work has already started on the property

There were 2 workers there yesterday, one stayed in the truck, the other took down the porch by hand, no hard hat. Hope that is not the future of this building!. Have they taken out a building permit?
