Description
There is a white male living (squater) in the dumpster area of the small store on the corner of 5th ave north and 28th street. The old dumpster "receptical" is white fencing. He is living inside the fence with couches, mattress, etc. He has only been there a day or two since I travel this road daily to work. This is offensive and intrusive to the neighboring area.
