Blue Volvo Sedan parked on street with tag number 6GLW152, tags expired in January of 2015 and with a moving permit that expired on April 1, 2016. Repeatedly moves car after the 72 hour limit and parks in front of fire hydrant on street. This is the third time this car has been reported. Please get this car off the street!!
