Description

While waiting at the red light in the left turn lane of southbound NW 6th ST, waiting to make a left turn past the GPD building, the detector does not pick up the presence of a cyclist in the turn lane, and does not give a green left turn arrow, but instead goes to a flashing yellow arrow. This turn lane formerly detected bicyclists waiting to make a left turn, but seems to be malfunctioning now.
