Update from Codes: the address provided does not show up as valid in our property records. Please post the address of the property where this issue can be found so that we can send an investigator to the correct location. Thank you.
this vacant lot is incorrectly identified on the map as 230 23rd Ave. it is the vacant lot on Coffee Pot Blvd NE between 2300 and 2320. the street address may be 2310 Coffee Pot Blvd NE (?)
Vacant lots generally don't have addresses assigned, unless there was a prior structure on the property. One would hope that when Codes sees the words "vacant lot" on a complaint that they would know this.
Can codes compliance please follow up on this issue? It was reported over 2 months ago and I don't see that a case number has been assigned or that there has been any activity on this fence code violation.
