Description
The crosswalk signal actuator at College Avenue and Elm Street appears to be non-functional. The crosswalk signal at this location works (it can be actuated by numerous other buttons in Davis) but this particular actuator does not appear to be functioning.
The exact location is in the island across Elm street from the new pizza restaurant.
